I have over 15 years of work experience in a range of mental health, community and disability services settings, supporting people with sexual difficulties, substance abuse, addiction, mental, physical and psychological abuse, other traumas, mood disorders, relational issues, LGBT related issues, depression, anxiety & acquired brain injuries.
My background is in humanities, where I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Studies from Technological University Dublin. I also hold a Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy & an MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the UCD School of Medicine, SVUH. I support people experiencing relationship difficulties, identity crises, anger issues, anxiety, eating disorders and also any of the issues listed here .
I have a passion for our country's mental health outcomes and I remain actively engaged with various services. My therapeutic work is conducted within the code of ethics of the Association of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (A.P.P.I.). My practice is based in Dublin 2, in Dun Laoghaire & I also work online.
